Wow! I'm baaack! How things have changed...Now the blog will reflect my efforts NOT to be a Bridezilla! Since I'm updating everything before I move to Port Richey from Hot-lanta, I thought now would be a great time to do so. But, however, I don't have time to really elaborate on things right now...more next week...

Yikes! How soon we forget!
I am taking a class entitled "Seminar in Writing for Mass Audiences" this semester, and what better way to do that then to keep this up to date...and work on the elusive "project" I keep on talking about...an in-depth yet humorous look at the wonderful world of online dating!
Guess I'll have to start where I left off, huh? The "job search" is still on, in a manner of speaking, although it's sort of morphd into a "life search." I mean, you'd probably be pretty hard-pressed to find someone who can honestly say they like their job. Me, I hate mine. White, hot hate. More on that later. I have done a lot of self-exploration and met a lot of different people (one of the few true benefits of this whole silly thing) who have pulled me in a lot of different directions. And here I am...

Ok, I set this thing up in March and never posted to it. Shame. So now I'm going to do it, dammit.
A little about me. Very little. I'm 33, recently unemployed, and in what we like to refer to as a state of "flux" -- in my career, love life and physical location. I am an aspiring communications goddess...I want to do it all -- if it can work the right side of the brain almost exclusively (I think the years of "whooping it up" with hooch and various intoxicants has hit the left side exclusively -- or I can only hope!) There are a few things I will not, under any circumstance, do for a living...
-Telemarketing
-Sales
-Drug dealing
-Prostitution/Escorting/"Modeling" or Stripping
Other than that, I'd prefer not to work in the "service sector" again (Like Mike Myers in "Waynes World", I too have accumulated a great number of hairnets and name tags!)
As far as my love life...NEXT!
I hope to really get this up n' running soon, but the job search beckons! Later!
